Patrick is both an FCA-approved person and solicitor with over 30 years of corporate finance experience.

Primarily this involves introducing start-up capital, development capital or acquisition capital to SMEs and entrepreneurs from VCT funds, private equity funds, real estate funds and family offices or through a pre IPO, an IPO or a reverse into a listed cash shell.  Patrick is the founder of Altcor Capital Limited.

Since 2001, he has also been a corporate finance consultant with Fieldfisher LLP, a 300 partner international law firm, with 26 offices around the world (www.fieldfisher.com).

Patrick is a graduate of the University of Bristol, where he read Law.
